Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your provided address. Delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days within the United States and may take 10–20 business days for international orders, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, holidays, or high demand periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the personal nature of health and beauty products, we take hygiene and safety seriously. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned and will issue a refund or replacement directly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all eligible returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Certain items, including personal care products, skincare items, and other hygiene-sensitive goods, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
